Though this home was already newly renovated, it was plain, sterile, and lacked energy. The design team knocked it out of the park to design and stage this modern Miami oasis, paying close attention to every detail to ensure that it was not only stylish and eye-catching, but it was also functional and durable to be fit for short-term rentals. The end result was a stunning home that exceeded rental projections with five-star reviews.
Modern Oasis Naples Park
Meet Modern Oasis Miami's big little sister - Modern Oasis Naples Park. Our real estate consultants secured this beautiful property in Naples Park and our design team went to town. We transformed the neutral space into a high-end, high-design, functional home that perfectly suited the clients' needs for a vacation property, but also appealed to the target rental demographic. From the initial search for the right property to the finishing touches of the design, we were there every step of the way to bring this beautiful investment property to life.
North Shore at Canton, Baltimore
North Shore at Canton was a project that allowed us to showcase our expertise in high-design projects on a smaller budget. We worked with our clients to find a great property in a beautiful location that just needed a little TLC. The layout of the home was spacious and comfortable but the finishes were worn and outdated. Our design team did an amazing job to keep the bones of the home the same but freshened it up with paint and new hardware, while adding budget-friendly design features to take this Baltimore townhouse from old and outdated to fresh and fabulous!
